- Reminder content: Titles, descriptions, due dates, priority, and other reminder details you create.
- Alarm data: Alarm times, recurrence rules, and labels you set.
- Hydration data: Logs and daily goals you enter.
B. Information Collected by Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services, which may collect data automatically, including:
- Firebase Authentication and Firestore (Google): May receive your account identifier, email address, display name, login method, and login timestamps.
- Google Mobile Ads: May collect device identifiers (such as advertising ID), IP address, and ad interaction data to serve ads and measure performance.
C. Device and App Information
We may access certain device information needed for core features, including:
- Notification permissions and alarm scheduling status (to deliver reminders and alarms).
- Device time zone (used locally to schedule notifications correctly).
We do not access your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or precise location.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide reminders, alarms, and hydration tracking.
- Enable sign-in and basic account continuity.
- Show advertisements and measure ad performance.
- Improve reliability and troubleshoot issues.
3. Where Your Data Is Stored
- On-device storage: Reminders, alarms, hydration logs, and settings are stored locally on your device using local storage.
- Cloud storage (if you sign in): Basic profile data and login events are stored in Firebase/Firestore. Reminders and hydration logs are not synced across devices at this time.
Uninstalling the App or clearing app data may erase locally stored information.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with:
- Service providers that help operate the App, such as Google Firebase and Google Mobile Ads.
- Legal or safety requests if required to comply with law or to protect users and the App.
5. Advertising
The App displays ads through Google Mobile Ads. Google may use device identifiers and other signals to serve personalized or non-personalized ads based on your settings. You can control ad personalization in your device settings.
6. Permissions
The App may request permissions for:
- Notifications (to deliver reminders).
- Exact alarms and background operation (to schedule and ring alarms on time).
These permissions are optional but required for core functionality.
7. Data Retention
- Local data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.
- Cloud data (if you sign in) is retained while your account is active or as needed for account continuity.

8. Your Choices
You can:
- Use the App without signing in (local-only mode).
- Sign out at any time.
- Disable notifications in device settings.
- Control ad personalization in device settings.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no system can be 100% secure.

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. International Transfers
If you use sign-in or ads, your data may be processed by Google in countries outside your own. Those transfers are governed by Google's privacy practices.
